The Earlysville Volunteer Fire Company is a rural/urban interface fire company. The company covers more than 100 square miles of Albemarle County, Virginia. Some of the large items in our response area include, the Charlottesville-Albemarle Regional Airport, a University of Virginia Research Park, shopping centers, numerous subdivisions and a large amount of rural Albemarle County. EVFC is proud to announce the addition of an ambulance, Medic 4, to the many services we already offer. Ambulance 706 has been loaned to EVFC from the Scottsville Volunteer Rescue Squad.
Medic 4 will be staffed from 6am to 6pm, Monday through Friday by Albemarle County personnel.
